Prosperity Leaders™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Prosperity Leaders website (prosperityleaders.net) and the Prosperity Leads CRM platform (crm.prosperityleaders.net). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services, including our integrations with Google Calendar and Zoom.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and other contact information when you request a consultation, book an appointment, or interact with one of our agents.
Information from connected services: if you are an agent using our CRM and choose to connect Google Calendar and/or Zoom, we access limited information necessary to schedule and manage appointments on your behalf, including:
- Calendar availability and event details, to create, update, and display scheduled appointments
- Meeting join links (Zoom), to include them in calendar invitations sent to you and your clients
We do not access, read, or store the content of your emails, unrelated calendar events, or Zoom meeting recordings/content.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments
- Create and manage calendar events and Zoom meetings on behalf of agents who have connected their Google Calendar and/or Zoom accounts
- Communicate with you about your inquiries, appointments, or account
- Improve and maintain our platform
How We Protect Information
Access tokens for connected services (Google Calendar and Zoom) are stored securely in a manner that is never exposed to your web browser or accessible to other users. We use industry-standard security practices, including role-based access controls and encrypted, service-role-only storage, to protect this information.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as our email, calendar, and meeting integration providers), solely to provide the services you've requested. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your Choices
Agents may disconnect Google Calendar or Zoom at any time through their account settings, which immediately revokes our access to those services. You may contact us at info@prosperityleaders.net to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements for financial services.
